An opt-out notice has been added to our website for the OH YES survey that we will be participating in on April 26th. This anonymous student survey helps to provide data to ourselves and our county partners to make sure we are providing all the necessary services and information to our students and families. If you wish your child to opt-out, please read the information located OHYES Surveyand follow the directions. If you do not opt-out, your student will participate in the survey on April 26th.
