I want to apologize as some misinformation was previously shared. I appreciate your patience and want to ensure all seniors are on the same page.
Graduation will be held on May 15th at 6:00pm.
Mandatory rehearsal will take place the same day, May 15th at 9:00am, followed by a mandatory senior breakfast. Attendance at both rehearsal and breakfast is required.
We are still missing several baby pictures and senior quotes. Please submit these by this Friday. If they are not received by the deadline, your senior may not be included in the graduation slideshow, and we do not want that to happen.

Singapore trip refund checks are now available for pick up. You may stop by the front office and see Ms. Patty to receive your check.

Please review the important updates below:
Cap and Gowns: Senior cap and gowns are ready for pick up. The cost is $90.
Theatre – Tech Week: Theatre students will have extended practices (Tech Week) until 4:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. An additional message with more details will be sent.
Theatre Production: Alice @ Wonderland will be performed Thursday evening, Friday evening, and Saturday afternoon. We hope you will come out to support our students—they have worked incredibly hard!
Marshall University Science Day: On Wednesday, April 22, approximately 25 students will attend Science Day at Marshall University.
State Testing: State testing will take place from April 27 through May 8. There will be no testing on April 29.
Early Release Day: Wednesday, April 29 will be an early release day. Students must be picked up by 1:00 PM.

Tomorrow is the SCORES event at Marshall University.
We will be traveling by bus and will leave the school at 7:50 am. Students to be at the school no later than 7:45am or they may miss the bus! We expect to return around 4:30 pm, depending on the length of the awards ceremony. We will send a message when the event ends and we are on our way back to the school.
Students may also be dropped off at the Marshall University Student Center and/or picked up directly from Marshall. They do not have to stay for the entire event. However, all students must report to Marshall by 8:30 am for check-in.
Students should wear a polo shirt and may wear jeans or shorts. Tennis shoes are required, as there will be a good amount of walking.
Lunch will be provided. Students may also bring money if they would like to purchase additional items such as snacks or drinks.

When you are at TSS, you must be in school uniform at all times, even if you are coming from a Marshall University class or from work.

It is time to begin registering for your Summer and Fall CCP courses.

We conducted an unplanned fire drill today at 12:50 PM. This was done in compliance with Ohio school safety requirements and was a routine practice drill.
All state tests will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. Please make sure your student gets a good night’s rest, eats breakfast, and arrives to school on time, ready to do their best.

This notice is to inform you of an update to our Board of Directors meeting schedule.
Previously, board meetings were held at 11:00 a.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month. At the most recent meeting, the Board voted to revise this schedule. Moving forward, board meetings will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. Meetings will take place at the LEDC Conference Room.

As a result of this change, Tri-State STEM+M School will dismiss students at 12:00 p.m. on all scheduled board meeting dates moving forward. Tri-State STEM School will now be closed due to inclement weather. We will see everyone back Wednesday, March 18th. Students may wear green accessories tomorrow since we missed St. Patrick’s Day today. Students will wear uniforms, but may add green accessories.
Doors open at 9:00am and classes begin at 10:00am.
Come out and support the Tri-State STEM Theatre Department this Friday, March 13th from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the South Point Fire Department!
